New graduates accepted with SNF clinical experience.Willingness to complete facility-specific documentation requirements, including point-of-service documentation targeting productivity benchmarks (example: 88% productivity).Ability to acknowledge facility COVID-19 vaccination policy form if not vaccinated.Ability to adapt to schedule flexibility and occasional schedule changes as required by the facility.Provide resume and professional references upon request.Preferred: Experience with SNF care plans, restorative programs, and common SNF equipment (gait belts, Hoyer lifts, parallel bars).Assignment DetailsFacility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8-hour shifts.
