Maintance Person for Residential and Commercial rentals

Job Description We are currently seeking a Maintance Person to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks need to safely maintain various residential and commercial units.Responsibilities:Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashionEstimate time and extent of repairsPerform routine preventive maintenance & rehabMaintain material and supply inventoryOversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary​Qualifications:Previous experience in maintenance or other related fieldsFamiliarity with maintenance tools and equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadDeadline and detail-orientedGeneral construction knowledge neededAll facets of maintance such as basic electrical, plumbing etcCompany DescriptionProperty Management Company - in business since 1993.Company DescriptionProperty Management Company - in business since 1993.
