Warehouse Associate

Job Description Summary of Position:Kali Protectives is looking for a dependable, hardworking, motivated, and detail-oriented person to become part of an excellent team filling a full-time warehouse position at our Morgan Hill location. Regular hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.Responsibilities and Duties:· Accurately assemble customer orders.· Package customer orders. Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, or ship).· Unload and load containers.· Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.· Move materials within the warehouse.· Operate forklift and pallet jack.· Comply with all safety requirements.· Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly workplace.· Complete various tasks assigned by manager/supervisor.· Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.Skills and Requirements:· Ability to multi-task in a high paced warehouse environment.· Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.· Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs.· Computer and data entry skills.· Flexible to work overtime if necessary.· Ability to work independently.Education/License/Certification/Formal Training/Qualifications:· High school diploma or the equivalent.· At least one year of warehouse experience (non-management).· Forklift certification is a plus.Benefits Include:· Health Insurance, Dental, and Vision (Company Covers 80% of employee and 50% for dependents).· PTO: 96 hours per year, accrued per pay period.· 8-12 days Holiday PTO per year.
