Do you enjoy helping customers with technical support? Oakworks is growing and seeking to add a new exceptional and experienced technical support role to our team and assist our customers. This is your opportunity to bring solutions to improve the customers experience with technical issues by providing an upbeat and professional demeanor. Your broad range of previous experience and hands-on training at Oakworks will provide our customers with resolutions whether technical or administrative to give an excellent experience and help customers with their reported issues. You will interact with a wide range of technical experience, from new customers to technical experts in health systems. Your outstanding verbal and written communication skills, critical decision-making skills, and interest in learning current and new products thoroughly to provide superior customer service environment will make you successful. Must have a minimum of an Associates Degree or equivalent experience with 3 or more years in customer service, preferably in the medical or manufacturing industry.
