IAM Analyst I will also be tasked with documenting and updating user access provisioning processes, as well as managing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies.Essential FunctionsAccess Provisioning for Stores, Corporate & Distribution Centers: Provision and manage user access requests for store locations. Ensure appropriate permissions are granted based on role requirements and business needs. Handle access provisioning requests for corporate employees, focusing on granting access based on job functions. Ensure access is granted in accordance with company policies and security standards. Manage access provisioning for distribution center staff, ensuring that all user access complies with security protocols and operational needs. Work with Store, Corporate, and Distribution Center Leadership to ensure timely and accurate access assignment. Administer User Access Provisioning Process Develop and maintain clear documentation of the user access provisioning process for various organizational units. Ensure process documentation is updated regularly to reflect changes in policies, procedures, or tools. Maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Policies Assist in maintaining and updating RBAC documentation. Review and update roles and access permissions as needed, ensuring proper access management across different departments and systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Equivalent experience is considered. 1+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related IT field. Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and practices. Familiarity with access provisioning tools and systems (e.g. Entra ID (Active Directory), Okta, SailPoint, etc.) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to document processes clearly and concisely. Analytical mindset with a focus on improving processes and ensuring compliance. Experience in a similar IAM or access control role preferred. Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) and user access management for cloud-based applications preferred.
