Overview:
In this role you will design and build agentic AI systems (autonomous, semi-autonomous, and human-in-the-loop) within the Agentic AI Platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into clinical workflows, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. You will lead data engineering and modeling for real-time knowledge retrieval across enterprise systems and develop full-stack solutions with React and AWS services. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop agentic AI systems (autonomous, semi-autonomous, human-in-the-loop)
- Lead data engineering and modeling for scalable real-time knowledge retrieval and validation
- Build and maintain full-stack applications integrating backend services with React front-end
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into clinical workflows
- Drive architecture decisions, enforce code quality, and improve performance and security
Key requirements:
- 3+ years of professional AI engineering experience in RAG and LLM-based systems
- Data engineering and data modeling experience (clinical trial domain preferred)
- Proficiency in Python (backend) and React (frontend)
- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda and DynamoDBHands-on experience with vector search, large-scale document systems, and multi-LLM environments
- Strong understanding of prompting, LLM behavior, and production-grade AI systemsproblem-solvingadaptabilitycollaboration
