In this vital role you will perform operations in the Manufacturing area. Operations will be performed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Perform and monitor critical processes, execute routine validation protocols, and regularly draft and revise documents such as Manufacturing Procedures, SOPs, and technical reports.Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions.Participate on cross-functional teams and represent their functional area.Own deviation/CAPA records. In addition,Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine functions.The on-boarding phase for this role will last 2-6 weeks, during which time successful incumbents will be on an administrative schedule (Monday through Friday, approximately 8am to 5pm). Following the on-boarding phase, the successful incumbent will be expected to join a shift team working a 12-hour shift (7PM-7AM) on a rotating schedule (D Shift). This rotating shift includes extra benefits such as receiving an added 15% shift differential, and also getting premium pay for any Sundays worked.What We Expect Of YouWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The committed professional we seek is a team player with these qualifications.Basic Qualifications:High school/GED + 2 years of manufacturing or operations work experience ORAssociate's + 6 months of manufacturing or operations work experience ORBachelor's Degree in a related fieldPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Science or EngineeringKnowledge of large-scale biotechnology operations such as purification, cell culture, aseptic processing, etc.Knowledge of Single-use SystemsCFR and Regulatory knowledgeMechanical ability/expertiseBasic statistical mathematical skillsAbility to interpret and apply GMP knowledgeUnderstanding of analytical methods for manufacturing areaDemonstrated technical writing capabilityAble to demonstrate project management skills and presentation skillsAbility to understand, apply and evaluate basic chemistry, biology and physical principlesBasic troubleshooting skills on production equipmentExperience with Delta VExperience with lab equipment/testingWhat You Can Expect Of UsAs we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for your professional and personal growth and well-being.
