Graduate Assistant, Aviation & Transportation Studies
The Graduate Assistant, Aviation and Transportation Department, will assist the Director of Aviation Recruiting with career events and recruiting initiatives.
Responsibilities
Responsible to model the university Mission through dedicated job performance, service excellence to constituencies, respectful collaboration and active support of the university's Mission and Catholic and Lasallian higher education.
Support recruitment efforts and initiatives.
Assist with career conferences and fairs.
Travel to high schools and learning institutions to recruit future aviation students.
Other duties as assigned by Department Chair in Aviation and Transportation
Minimum Qualifications
Must be enrolled and maintain satisfactory progress in one of the university's graduate programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced FAA certificates/ratings preferred (flight, maintenance, and/or dispatch).
Essential Duties Work hours
Part time: Minimum of 20 hours per week, year round
