If you are looking for a position that values clinical excellence, schedule flexibility, and a seamless workflow, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Imaging Procedures: Perform high-quality diagnostic examinations and age-specific imaging procedures in conjunction with other members of the healthcare team, specifically supporting inpatient and Emergency Department (ED) workflows.Regulatory & Quality Control: Adhere strictly to safety standards and regulatory requirements, actively participating in Quality Control (QC) and Performance Improvement (PI) activities.Patient Care & Education: Provide compassionate, age-specific care and essential education to patients, ensuring comfort and clear communication throughout the imaging process.Operational Excellence: Maintain your own clinical competency and mandatory requirements while working efficiently alongside the defined healthcare team in a fast-paced environment.Schedule & Work EnvironmentSetting: Inpatient Health System / Emergency Department (ED) EnvironmentHours: 8-hour day shifts (40 hours per week, Sunday - Saturday)Shift Times: Varied start times between 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM, finishing between 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (schedule notified 4 weeks in advance).Call Requirements: Two (2) overnight call shifts per pay period (notified 4 weeks in advance).Qualifications & Skills RequiredCertifications: Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and hold a California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certification, along with a California Fluoroscopy Permit.Life Support: Must hold an active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Experience: Minimum of 6+ months of recent Radiology experience in an inpatient health system setting. Inpatient and ED experience is required; Operating Room (OR) and Fluoroscopy experience is preferred.Travel Experience: Minimum of 1 year of prior travel assignment experience required.Preferred Skills: Experience working in the same modality for another inpatient hospital, and 2+ years of total experience is highly preferred.What We OfferHighly competitive weekly gross pay ($2,260 - $2,365/week depending on experience).A structured daytime schedule with shift details provided well in advance.The chance to work within a prominent California health system, expanding your travel portfolio.Apply today or email me your resume: sarah.limas@medixteam.com
