This role focuses on post-purchase customer experiences, order management systems, and subscription services, ensuring seamless interactions across digital and in-store touchpoints.The Product Manager will play a key role in executing against the product roadmap, translating complex operational and business requirements into scalable product solutions. This includes improving order lifecycle experiences, enabling omnichannel fulfillment capabilities, and enhancing subscription functionality across web, mobile, and physical retail environments. The ideal candidate is a strong operator with experience in retail or ecommerce systems, capable of managing cross-functional dependencies and driving execution in fast-paced, highly integrated environments.The BasicsDuration: 6 months, likely to extendHours: 40 hours per weekLocation: Fully remote, must align to PST working hoursTop 3 Required Qualifications4+ years of product management experience delivering digital products, ideally within retail, ecommerce, or omnichannel commerce environmentsStrong experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS) and post-purchase customer journeys such as fulfillment, returns, exchanges, and customer service integrationsProven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and translate complex business and operational needs into actionable product requirementsOther QualificationsBachelors degree required; prior experience in retail or consumer-facing products strongly preferredExperience supporting omnichannel commerce flows including BOPIS, ship-from-store, and ship-to-home modelsExperience working with subscription-based products or services is preferredFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycleProficiency with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration toolsStrong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs and measure product impactAbility to work across complex system dependencies including commerce, fulfillment, and customer platformsStrong communication skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholdersSelf-directed, detail oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environmentsKey ResponsibilitiesExecute against the product roadmap for omnichannel digital tools supporting post-purchase experiences, order management, and subscription servicesOwn product initiatives across the order lifecycle including order placement, fulfillment, routing, tracking, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refundsPartner with cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Store Experience, and Field teams to deliver seamless customer journeysSupport and enhance subscription services, including enrollment, billing flows, fulfillment, customer account management, and retention featuresTranslate business and operational requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteriaCollaborate with Engineering, UX, and Design teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end solutions across systems and touchpointsParticipate in Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and defect triageMonitor project execution through Jira and related tools, proactively identifying and resolving blockersManage prioritization and trade-offs across initiatives, balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and scalabilityChampion user needs across both customer-facing experiences and internal operational toolsDefine and track key performance metrics related to order health, fulfillment performance, and customer satisfactionCommunicate product updates, risks, and timelines to cross-functional teams and leadershipDrive continuous improvement through feedback, data analysis, and iterative product enhancementsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
