About The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic team within the SalonBiz division of EverCommerce. As a core member of an agile development team, you will be responsible for delivering product enhancements and technical improvements that directly create value for our customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in building and refining our core SalonBiz products, primarily focusing on Angular, JavaScript, and PL/SQL, with an emphasis on frontend development. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, Design, Engineering, and QA—to ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions. Your role will involve participating in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and development to deployment and monitoring, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve engineering standards, address technical debt, and implement innovative features. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our Denver, CO office, depending on your location and eligibility, and provides opportunities for professional growth within a global distributed team.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of software engineering experience working within agile teams
- Proven expertise in Angular and JavaScript, with Angular being essential
- Strong understanding of modern delivery practices including DevOps, iterative development, feature flagging, and partial deployments
- Experience with collaborative programming, mentoring, and coaching other engineers
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Experience with React or other modern frontend frameworks is a plus
- Knowledge of PL/SQL and backend integration is advantageous
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment
