Compensation and Benefits: Enjoy a competitive pay range of $13.00 to $23.00 per hour for Shift Supervisors, based on your experience and qualifications. What You'll Do:Deliver top-notch customer satisfaction by adhering to the Manager in Charge Success Routine and focusing on customer needs. Guide Team Members in performing Shift Excellence tasks while ensuring a clean and well-organized workspace. Consistently uphold food safety, quality, and order accuracy standards. Quickly resolve customer complaints while building strong relationships. Provide regular feedback to the Store Manager on Team Member performance. Offer ongoing constructive feedback and support the development of Team Members. Actively assist in training new Team Members. Handle conflicts with professionalism and seek constructive resolutions alongside the Store Manager. Support the recruitment process by assessing potential Team Member candidates. Aid in managing the restaurant's Profit & Loss through adherence to cash control policies and effective inventory and labor management. Supervise the correct preparation, portioning, and cooking of menu items. Help the Store Manager maintain facility standards and comply with health and safety regulations. Are You the Right Fit?At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or retail environment, preferably with 3 months as a shift lead. Consistently adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies. Must be at least 18 years old. Reliable transportation is essential. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are critical. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly. Excellent attendance and punctuality are expected. Comfortable operating a cash register and handling financial transactions. Basic math skills are required. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction while complying with health and safety guidelines. Embodies Taco Bell's culture and values. Provides valuable feedback and support to Team Members.
