Shopify Developer (Full-Time | Remote) We are looking for a highly technical Shopify Developer with strong eCommerce experience to join our growing consumer products brand. This is a full-time, fully remote role for someone who understands both the technical and business side of Shopify ecosystems.The ideal candidate has experience building, optimizing, and maintaining Shopify stores in fast-paced DTC environments and is comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and operations teams.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize Shopify storefronts and custom themesBuild and improve high-converting customer experiences across PDP, cart, checkout, and landing pagesManage and optimize Shopify apps and integrations including:Upsell & cross-sell toolsSubscription platformsLoyalty/rewards integrationsProduct recommendation enginesTroubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and site performance problemsImprove website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall UXCollaborate with marketing and creative teams on promotions, launches, and campaignsSupport integrations with third-party tools, APIs, and Shopify appsMaintain clean, scalable, and organized codeParticipate in QA and testing before deploymentsRequirements5+ years of Shopify development experience3+ years working within eCommerce consumer products or DTC brandsStrong technical background with hands-on coding experienceExperience with Shopify Plus is highly preferredStrong experience with:LiquidHTML/CSSJavaScriptShopify APIsHands-on experience with subscription, upsell, and cross-sell apps such as Recharge, Skio, Rebuy, Loop, etc.Understanding of conversion optimization and eCommerce best practicesExperience with third-party integrations and app troubleshootingStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brandsFamiliarity with Shopify performance optimization and site speed toolsExperience working alongside designers and marketing teamsKnowledge of QA workflows and staging environmentsRole DetailsFull-timeRemoteFast-paced eCommerce environmentLong-term opportunity with growth potential
