You will own the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. This role is critical to translating the promise of our intelligent platform into tangible, realized business value for our customers.What you'll doLead Project Delivery: Plan, execute, and finalize highly technical Observability implementation projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will drive outcomes that ensure the customer achieves their desired technical and business goals.Scope & Risk Management: Define clear project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with sales and technical teams. Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, devising effective mitigation and contingency plans.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary communication bridge for all project stakeholders, including customers, Account Executives, Technical Success Managers, and engineering teams. You will provide transparent, regular updates on project status, financials, and milestones.Team and Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal and external technical resources (e.g., Solution Consultants, Engineers, Partner resources) to ensure effective resource allocation and task execution across all phases of the project.Commercial & Financial Oversight: Oversee the commercial aspects of the project, including monitoring project budget burn-rate, managing Statements of Work (SoW), tracking resource time & expenses, and ensuring timely invoicing based on project milestones.This role requiresProject Management Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT services or enterprise software industry, with a proven track record of managing technical implementation projects successfully.Observability Market Knowledge: Experience within the Observability, APM, or related Cloud Infrastructure/DevOps market is highly desirable. You understand the technical landscape and the value proposition of monitoring solutions.Certification: A recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred.Technical Acumen: You possess strong technical awareness to comprehend implementation complexity, integration challenges, and deployment methodologies. You can effectively translate high-level business requirements into detailed, actionable project plans.Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan.
