Position Overview
We’re looking for a driven, accountable, and customer-first Account Executive to join our growing sales team at Scan123. Guided by our values, this role will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through closing new business. The Account Executive will work closely with teams across the company, including Sales, Success, and Product, to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers and ensure Scan123 continues to be a trusted partner in transforming document management.
Responsibilities
Drive New Business Growth: Prospect, qualify, and manage opportunities to consistently achieve or exceed quota.
Lead Consultative Sales Cycles: Conduct discovery, tailor product demonstrations, and guide prospects through evaluation and decision stages.
Manage Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records in CRM, provide timely forecasts, and ensure predictable revenue growth.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to align strategies and improve customers outcomes.
Qualifications
2-3 years of SaaS or B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience managing full sales cycles with mid-market or enterprise customers.
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Physical Demands
Ability to lift and carry light office supplies (up to 20 lbs).
Extended periods of sitting, standing, or walking throughout the day.
