Staff Therapist

Behavioral Psych Studio is excited to be looking to hire two full-time, licensed or post-doctoral, therapists (all licensure types are welcome to apply) to join our growing, nation-wide practice. Employees will be based at our NYC-UWS location but will be able to get licensed in other states as well. Supervision towards licensure can be provided. For both positions, BPS is looking for people who have strong backgrounds and interests in DBT and CBT for personality, Anxiety and Mood disorders, as well as ADHD. In-person availability is a must, but it is possible to be virtual 1-2 days per week.Child-based Position: We are looking for someone with an interest in working with children and teens, as well as parents and families. Strong background in providing evidence-based treatments for DMDD, OCD, Anxiety and Mood disorders are a plus. Experience with DBT-C, SPACE, ExRP and trauma treatments is preferred, but not necessary as we are willing to intensively train the right candidate. The person will build to a caseload of 24-28 clients and have an opportunity to lead at least one DBT skills group. Participation in a weekly DBT consultation team meeting and a weekly CBT supervision and didactics series is also required.
