Apply now!Company Profile:Mission-driven nonprofitAdministrative and Operations Coordinator RoleThe Administrative and Operations Coordinator will work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of events, data management, and administrative processes.Providing full-cycle event support including venue coordination, registration setup, travel logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite executionSupporting both in-person and virtual events, including AV coordination and Zoom facilitationMaintaining and managing data within Salesforce, including reporting, deduplication, and troubleshootingAssisting with grant administration, including drafting agreements and tracking paymentsCoordinating logistics for board meetings, staff meetings, and retreatsSupporting office operations including supply management and guest coordinationAssisting with financial processes such as bill entry, expense tracking, reconciliations, and reportingManaging communications tracking and supporting program-related messaging needsAdministrative and Operations Coordinator Background ProfileMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in administrative, operations, or program support rolesStrong project management, vendor coordination, and communication skillsHighly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Salesforce requiredExperience with tools such as Cvent, Formstack, Canva, Asana, Navan, Shopify, Stripe, and expense management platforms is a plusDemonstrated ability to problem-solve, think critically, and execute solutionsFeatures and Benefits while On Contract:We go beyond the basic staffing agency offerings!
