As our Senior SAP FICO Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative business solutions to our esteemed clients in the life sciences, consumer products, and retail sectors.Your Role:Lead and architect SAP solutions specifically within the SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) domain.Conduct comprehensive business process reviews to extract desired outcomes and functional requirements, documenting complete end-to-end processes.Design and develop SAP FICO functionalities, ensuring tailored configurations align with client requirements, including integration with other modules.Identify opportunities that bolster clients' competitive edge through industry best practices and previous project experiences.Provide strategic insights on industry trends, articulating their implications for clients.Guide a team of consultants and client personnel through the SAP FICO implementation process.Facilitate analysis and design sessions to generate client-specific solutions.Oversee the creation of customized reports to meet client needs.Deliver technical support and conduct training as necessary.Assist in defining project scopes and developing proposals.Your GrowthReceive mentorship and support from seasoned Clarkston colleagues and leadership.Enhance your skill set through diverse professional development opportunities.About You:A minimum of eight (8) years of specialized experience in SAP FICO, including three (3) complete lifecycle projects.Proficient in SAP solution design and development.Strong understanding of finance business processes.Experience in a leadership role within a team setting.Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt, engaging in tasks from design to configuration.Client-focused with a proactive approach to project execution.Exceptional analytical skills, able to convey findings with clarity at publication-quality levels.A four-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.Travel Expectations:This role requires travel approximately 30-50% of the time, depending on client and project needs.
