Duties and Responsibilities:Manage patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation from discovery through trial. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and expert reports in complex IP disputes. Conduct depositions, prepare for Markman hearings, and participate in mediations and court proceedings. Advise clients on IP strategy, licensing, and risk mitigation in high-tech sectors. Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):JD and active bar admission (NY preferred). 3–7+ years of IP litigation experience (patent or complex commercial IP strongly preferred). Strong technical aptitude and excellent writing/advocacy skills.
