Administrative/Executive Assistant T2 Netpace IncNature of Work Remote, but US East Coast time zone based.ResponsibilitiesPerforms business support activities, with core tasks of creating and managing purchase orders, managing actual spend vs budget, creating new suppliers and cost centers, liaising with internal and external teams, enhancing policies and procedures, raising tickets for support, and proactively following up with teams.Maximizes the efficiencies of the business to which this support is provided, keeps systems and records up to date, and performs administrative tasks according to set policies and procedures.Perform business support activities, primarily creating and managing purchase orders within the Ariba system.Provide guidance and direction to staff for best practice in raising a PO.Review documentation for completeness throughout the ordering process.Follow up for invoicing and submission of invoices.Manage escalations when POs are blocked.Liaise with internal and external teams in relation to purchase orders.Enhance policies and procedures based on experience and observations.Manage creation of new cost centers and suppliers.Track orders against the plan, and invoices against the orders.Monthly reporting of actuals vs plan.Minimum QualificationAdmin Experience/KnowledgeOther CommentsAttention to detailSelf‑starterMedium / large business job experiencePreferable Ariba or other large enterprise ordering systemSeniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeContractJob FunctionAdministrativeReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Netpace Inc by 2x.#J-18808-Ljbffr
