Construction Accountant

Construction Project AccountantCompensation: 80-90k base salary Job Duties Manage full-cycle project accounting from setup through close-outPrepare and process draft and final project invoices with required documentationPerform Accounts Payable functions, including coding, approvals, vendor inquiries, and annual 1099 processingReconcile credit card transactions and expense reportsMonitor receivables and support Project Managers with collectionsAssist leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and reportingIdentify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiencyProvide backup support for front office operations as needed Qualifications 3+ years of accounting experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related fieldStrong experience with project tracking, invoicing, and client commitmentsFamiliarity with AIA contracts and additional service agreementsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
