Customer Care Associate

Customer Care Associate NTT DATA Services is currently seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US). Pay for this role is $20.00hr.The required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (Central Time), shift times may be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, overtime may be required based on business requirements.Basic Qualifications:1 year experience multi level stake holder communication through email, chat, and telephony1 year insurance industry experience1 year training in call centre setting1 year computer experience with Window's PC applicationsHigh School completion or equivalentResponsibilities:Ensuring customer satisfaction and strive to meet service standards.Ordering and reviewing paper files for policy information as well searching internal systems for unknown policies.Review incoming written complaints and respond to the client with findings.Collaborating with management or other team members as appropriate to proactively address service issues and concerns.Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods.Provide backup assistance to the call center when needed.New hire must have a working device (such as cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process. All new hires will be required to successfully complete our Call Center training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material.
