We are recognized for the quality of our products, specialized technical support, and a strong presence in the international market. *About the Oportunity:* We are looking for a reliable, organized, and safety-focused *Warehouse Associate* to join our team in Doral, FL. This role involves receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and moving fire alarm and security equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, hands-on experience operating forklifts and order pickers, and the physical ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds. *Responsibilities* * Receive, inspect, and organize products and warehouse materials. * Pick and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment. * Pack, label, and stage orders for delivery or shipping. * Load and unload boxes, pallets, and other materials. * Safely operate forklifts and order pickers when trained and authorized. * Complete required daily equipment inspections before operating warehouse equipment. * Organize products and maintain accurate inventory. * Use barcode scanners and/or warehouse systems as required. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. * Follow all company safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements. * Report damaged products, equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, or unsafe conditions to management. * Assist with periodic inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned. *Qualifications* * *Experience:* Previous warehouse experience required. * *Equipment Experience:* Prior experience operating forklifts and order pickers is required. * *Language:* Basic English communication skills (reading and speaking). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. * *Skills:* Ability to read product labels, packing slips, and warehouse instructions accurately. * *Attributes:* Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or in a team. * *Industry Experience:* Knowledge of fire alarm, electrical, or security equipment is a strong plus. *Physical Requirements* * Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform physical activities throughout the workday. * Ability to safely lift, carry, and move items weighing up to *50 lbs*, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to work comfortably around storage racks, pallets, forklifts, and order pickers at elevated heights when properly trained and authorized. *Safety : *Safety is a priority at Next Security. Employees operating forklifts, order pickers, or other powered industrial trucks must complete all required training and workplace evaluation before operating the equipment independently.
