As a Project Manager, you will manage and lead implementation projects which involve multiple teams at Stellic, including Implementation consultants, Engineering, Integration, and Product teams. You will be part of the larger Partner Success team, which is entirely focused on delivering value for our college and university partners.In This Role, The Implementation Project Manager WillPartner with Implementation Managers (Consultants) to lead multiple, concurrent projects to deliver onboarding services to partners.Engage with the right stakeholders in our Implementation projects to successfully scope and drive the project through successful completion.Become knowledgeable about the Stellic product and our partner use casesWork collaboratively across groups to secure buy-in and drive issues/risks to resolution.Resolve and transform complex concepts into executable plans.Develop and execute deadlines and project activities.Provide Risk and Resource Management by anticipating bottlenecks, providing management escalation, project prioritization, making tradeoffs, balancing the customer needs versus technical constraints and driving initial objectives.Meet or exceed targets for Customer satisfaction and achievement of project goals.
