* $500 Hiring Bonus *$250 paid out after 90 days of employment and $250 paid out after 6 months of employment
120 Hour Vacation and 40 hours Sick/Personal Time available after 90-day probation period (Prorated through the year based on start date)
8-hour shifts – 5 Day Work Week
Paid Holidays – 11 Per Year

Role Summary/Purpose
The employee in this role will be required to perform each of the tasks below in a safe and timely manner. The Operator must focus on quality as well as productivity.
Essential Responsibilities
Perform minor set ups on a variety of automated equipment
Perform standard work per the quality work plans and follow the standard operating procedures
Generate and participate in team-based improvement ideas
Select work from SAP production schedule and perform computer transactions
Maintain numerical and written records
Perform repetitive heavy lifting

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED
Desired Characteristics
Good safety, attendance and performance record
Able to interpret shop blueprints
Able to interpret shop instructions/bill of materials
Able to do arithmetic and basic shop math
Use standard measuring instruments
Work with minimum supervision
Communicate effectively
Able to work in a team environment
