Company Match – 75% Of Your Contribution Up To 6% Role Summary/Purpose The employee in this role will be required to perform each of the tasks below in a safe and timely manner. The Operator must focus on quality as well as productivity. Essential Responsibilities Perform minor set ups on a variety of automated equipment Perform standard work per the quality work plans and follow the standard operating procedures Generate and participate in team-based improvement ideas Select work from SAP production schedule and perform computer transactions Maintain numerical and written records Perform repetitive heavy lifting This description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions, it does not proscribe or restrict the tasks and/or responsibilities that may be assigned or reassigned at any time This job description is subject to change at any time Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED Desired Characteristics Good safety, attendance and performance record Able to interpret shop blueprints Able to interpret shop instructions/bill of materials Able to do arithmetic and basic shop math Use standard measuring instruments Work with minimum supervision Communicate effectively Able to work in a team environment
