Junior Business Operations Coordinator

Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.Job Description:This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned Position Responsibilities and Duties: Assist Business Operations Coordinator and Project Manager in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.Perform accurate data entry of Purchase Orders and Change OrdersManage vendor deliveries, tracking, and invoicing.Manage vendor compliance activitiesCoordinate with accounting team to enter new vendors into ERP systemManage Master Service Agreement process with legal teamCreate Site Specific Safety Plans with input from various stakeholdersProcure SOLV insurance and distribute to clientsEnsure compliance with company standards and procedures.Manage and maintain strong vendor and subcontractor relationship through regular meetings and communications.Attend and document project meetings (write minutes)Assist in Identifying problems in operations process and resolve them timely manner.Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.Ability to perform all essential Administrative dutiesAssist in maintaining a project filing systemVerify correct codes for accounts payable invoicesCompile and issue subcontracts and purchase orders using PDF program and DocuSignWarranty trackingVerify and Maintain inventory of Field Equipment.Complete other responsibilities as assignedMinimum Skills or Experience Requirements:Minimum 2 years’ experienceHigh School Diploma or GEDKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)Effective written and verbal English language communication skillsAbility to use independent judgment, self-startingApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.SOLV Energy Is an Equal Opportunity EmployerAt SOLV Energy we celebrate the power of our differences.
