Role Description We are seeking a Business Analytics Senior Associate for a full-time, on-site position located in Cleveland, OH. This role is responsible for leveraging data analysis to support business strategies, preparing reports, analyzing financial performance, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Daily tasks include gathering and interpreting data, creating actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making processes and optimize results. Qualifications Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insightsExperience in finance and business-related tasks, with an understanding of financial principles and strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with teamsDedication to outstanding customer service and building strong client relationshipsProficiency with data analysis tools and software; advanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics or a related fieldExperience in financial services or banking is a plusHigh level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
