This role supervises front desk or guest relations staff, handles guest concerns, supports operational procedures, and helps maintain high customer satisfaction standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support guest service/front office staff during shiftsEnsure smooth check-in and check-out processesHandle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionallyMonitor service quality and ensure company standards are maintainedTrain, coach, and mentor team membersPrepare shift schedules and assign dutiesCoordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departmentsEnsure accurate billing, reservations, and cash handling proceduresMonitor lobby appearance and guest areasAssist with VIP guest arrangements and escalationsMaintain records, reports, and operational logsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and company policiesQualificationsRequired QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field2–5 years of experience in hospitality or customer servicePrevious supervisory experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesProficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidaysGood organizational and multitasking skillsI'm interestedI'm interestedPrivacy Notice
