Talent Management Specialist (Hybrid Role)
Talent ResponsibilitiesThe Talent Management Specialist supports the execution of the organization’s talent strategy across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee experience. This role manages the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience while tracking key metrics and candidate engagement. In addition, the role coordinates onboarding and supports talent management processes, including performance cycles, talent reviews, and development planning. Partnering closely with the HR Director, the Talent Management Specialist ensures consistent, high-quality execution of talent initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support organizational effectiveness.Recruitment & Hiring Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, offer process)Partner with hiring manager to ensure a smooth, timely, and professional hiring experienceTrack and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, candidate experience)Maintain and improve recruiting processes, templates and systemsCoordinate and support early talent and pipeline initiatives, including job fairs, coop programs, and internship programs to build candidate pipelines. Onboarding & Employee ExperienceCoordinate and execute a structured onboarding experience for new hiresPartner with managers to ensure successful employee lifecycleSupport initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagementEnsure consistency in onboarding materials, communication, and follow-upsTalent Management & Performance SupportSupport the execution of performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, calibration)Coordinate talent reviews and development planning processesMaintain documentation, templates, and tracking for talent initiativesSupport the development and implementation of career development frameworks and programs including tools, resources and processes that enable employee growth and progressionProvide support to managers on process and timelinesProcess & Operations ExcellenceEnsure consistency, organization, and follow-through across all talent processesMaintain HR systems and data related to recruiting and talent programsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability of processesTalent ProfileEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Talent ManagementPHR or HR certification (or interest in pursuing) is a plusExperience in a manufacturing, regulated, or technical environmentFamiliarity with performance management systems and HRIS platforms.
