Job DescriptionActively interviewing - APPLY NOW!!Litigation Associate Attorney (2-6 Years) - Hybrid | Pittsburgh, PA | AM 100 FirmKey Responsibilities:Handle complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including strategy development and executionConduct in-depth legal research and draft high-level briefs, motions, and memoranda on sophisticated legal issuesDraft and file complaints, including claims under federal statutes and other complex regulatory frameworksManage all phases of discovery, including document review, production, and coordination in multi-party casesTake and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnessesParticipate in and support oral arguments, hearings, and trial preparationCollaborate with senior attorneys and clients to navigate high-stakes litigation mattersAssist in class action and large-scale litigation, including briefing class certification and dispositive motionsInterface with clients and stakeholders, providing clear updates and strategic insightsQualifications:2-6 years of litigation experience at a law firm or relevant legal settingStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsExperience with motion practice, depositions, and discovery managementExposure to complex litigation (e.g., class actions, commercial litigation, or regulatory matters) preferredAbility to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentLicensed and in good standing (PA license or ability to waive in preferred)Why This Role:Opportunity to work on high-profile, complex litigation mattersCollaborative team environment within a nationally recognized AM 100 firmHybrid flexibility with strong mentorship and hands-on experienceClear path for professional growth and advancementSalary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.How to Apply:Email your resume & writing sample to: jackie.tucker@gogpac.comPhone/Text: (605) 305-3814
