We are looking for an individual who is confident, motivated, thorough and has a drive to meet and exceed goals. *Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Solventless Wash Technician to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise solventless cleaning processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met for our products. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient production environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced industry that values innovation, safety, and quality. *Responsibilities* Understand and execute the solventless extraction processes · Wash cannabis biomass in a cold environment. Set and maintain optimal operating conditions during runs. · Operation and cleaning of extraction equipment including Wes420, Ice machines and RO Systems. · Keep work areas clean and stocked. Participate in lab cleaning. · Loading freeze dryers and collection of dried bubble hash · Ensure that storage of finished goods is clean, organized, and compliant daily. · Record and track batch production. Update logs and online compliance tracking systems (METRC, Mondays). · Promote and participate in a culture of continuous improvement. · Perform other duties as assigned and needed to meet goals. · Effective at time management, detail oriented, highly organized, and motivated by accomplishment · Other duties as assigned *Core Values* * Keep It 2.0: Customer-first, service-driven execution * Relentless: High standards, disciplined follow-through, consistent output * On Brand: Professional, credible, and proud to represent a legacy operator *Requirements* * Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) meticulously. * Ability to work in cold/freezing environment * Ability to lift or move product weighing 30 lbs continuously * Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance. * Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks as needed. * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to operate computers * Must be 21 years of age or older Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * On-the-job training * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
