As our company grows, so does our development team!As a Computer Repair Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our school clients by ensuring devices are accurately diagnosed, repaired, and tested within our workshop.This is a hands-on, in-shop role focused on delivering high-quality technical services in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. While this is a seasonal position, there may be opportunities for conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair devices under warranty and non-warranty guidelines within the workshopPerform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and part replacementsConfigure and test devices to ensure they are fully functional and ready for useFollow structured training and standard operating procedures for device repairMaintain accuracy and efficiency while meeting daily production targetsCollaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflowMaintain a clean, organized, and safe working environmentQualificationsWe are seeking individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with strong problem-solving abilities.Basic Qualifications:Must be 18 years or olderBasic technical proficiency, including computer skills and data entryAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to perform repetitive technical tasks with attention to detailLegal right to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background checkHigh School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)Preferred Qualifications:1–2 years of experience in electronics or computer repairCompTIA A+ Certification or similar technical certificationWhat We OfferTraining PathYou will receive hands-on training that combines structured learning with practical assignments focused on hardware diagnostics, repair, and component replacement, preparing you to handle a wide range of technical tasks.Work ScheduleShift: 8-hour shiftDays: Monday to FridayHours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMAdditional: Overtime may be offered as neededJob TypeSeasonal (Full-time)Location- Charles City, VAIf you are eager to develop your technical skills in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering quality work, we encourage you to apply and grow with our team.
