Their products support critical applications where precision, reliability, and quality are essential.WHATWe’re looking for a Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead both the strategic direction and hands-on execution of quality across a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role owns the full quality function—driving process improvement, ensuring compliance, and serving as the key interface for customers, suppliers, and internal leadership.You’ll be responsible for:Developing and executing a scalable quality strategy aligned to business goalsLeading and mentoring the quality team while elevating overall capabilityManaging and improving the Quality Management System across industry standardsDriving root cause analysis, CAPA, and defect reduction initiativesPartnering with engineering, operations, and supply chain to embed quality into all processesOverseeing supplier quality and ensuring consistency across manufacturing partnersLeveraging Lean / Six Sigma to improve yield, reliability, and cost performanceWHENThis is an immediate need driven by growth and a focus on strengthening operational performance and quality systems.WHERE100% onsite in Milpitas, CAWHYThis is a high-visibility role where you’ll have real influence on both day-to-day operations and long-term quality strategy. You’ll be stepping into an environment that values continuous improvement and gives you the autonomy to make meaningful changes with strong organizational backing.WHAT YOU BRINGExperience in electronics, semiconductor, or related manufacturing environmentsBackground leading quality within regulated or standards-driven environments (ISO, etc.)Strong understanding of core quality tools (FMEA, CAPA, root cause, etc.)Experience driving Lean / Six Sigma initiativesProven leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teamsCOMP Base salary up to $150K + strong benefits package
