Accounts Receivable Specialist$30 - $32/Hour Morristown, New Jersey Accounting & Finance Contract To Hire A leading organization in the Consumer Goods industry is seeking a Deductions and Trade Spend Analyst to support sales and financial operations for key clients. This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate trade spend forecasting, ensuring timely deduction resolution, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration. What You'll DoMaintain shipment forecasts and trade spend data Review, analyze, and accurately allocate trade deductions by customer, category, and event Reconcile actual trade spend against financial reporting to ensure accuracy Partner closely with sales teams to research and resolve deduction discrepancies Investigate unplanned or invalid charges and communicate resolution steps Serve as a point of contact for deduction-related inquiries Retrieve, organize, and manage brand and trade documentation across platforms What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience 3+ years in deductions, collections, accounting, or financial operations Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Technically curious, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving Work ModelHybrid: 3 days in the office each week Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour Search managed by: Elena Platt Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
