Company OverviewVIP Systems is a specialized Low Voltage systems integrator. We handle large-scale technology infrastructure for luxury high-rise developments, including structured cabling, enterprise security, and access control. We have a major high-rise project currently underway in Naples and need a dedicated Project Manager to lead it from the field to completion.Position OverviewThis isn't an "office" PM role. We need a Project Manager to take full ownership of a single, multi-million dollar high-rise project in Naples. You will be the primary link between the General Contractor (GC) on-site and our internal operations. Your job is to ensure the project stays on schedule, the field crews are productive, and the technical scope is delivered without errors.Core ResponsibilitiesSite Leadership: Oversee all on-site low-voltage operations. Manage the technicians and field crews to ensure daily production targets are met.GC Relations: Represent VIP Systems in all on-site construction meetings. Coordinate pathways, schedules, and site access with the GC and other trades (Electricians, Drywall, etc.).Project Tracking: Monitor the project schedule and labor budget. Proactively identify and resolve potential delays before they impact the timeline.Documentation & Change Orders: Identify any "out of scope" work immediately. Document site conditions and provide the necessary info to the office for change order processing.Quality Control: Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure all installations meet VIP Systems' standards and high-rise building codes.Materials & Logistics: Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure materials are staged on-site and ready for the crew. Manage on-site inventory to prevent "dead time."Reporting: Provide high-level progress reports to executive leadership, focusing on milestones, budget health, and site issues.Required QualificationsExperience: 3+ years of Project Management or high-level Field Supervision in the Low Voltage industry. Must have direct experience with high-rise residential construction.Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of structured cabling (Fiber/Cat6), IP security, and access control systems in a commercial construction environment.Skills: Expert at reading and redlining blueprints/riser diagrams.Proficient in Procore or similar GC project management portals.Strong "contractual" mindset—knowing what is in our scope and what is a change order.Communication: Direct and professional. You must be able to hold your own in a meeting with GCs and Developers.Position DetailsLocation: Naples, FL (On-Site)Salary: $75,000 per yearJob Type: Full-Time (Project-Based Leadership)
