Job Title: Program Manager - Order to Cash Project
Location: Federal Prison Industries Inc. (FPI) Headquarters, Washington, DC
Schedule: Bi-weekly meetings, 16 hours/week for a one-year term
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Program Manager will lead the comprehensive "Order to Cash" project, aiming to revolutionize FPI's operational efficiency, billing accuracy, customer satisfaction, and profitability through a profound transformation in the order-to-cash process. This role requires orchestration of the entire spectrum from customer order placement to payment collection, ensuring a streamlined and efficient workflow.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Planning and Management:Develop an intricate work breakdown structure (WBS).
Define timelines, milestones, and allocate resources strategically.
Formulate risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Oversee a robust communication and change management plan.
Implementation Leadership:Lead the FPI team in system configuration, SAP S4/Hana modifications, and Salesforce integration.
Plan data migration and conduct user training and parallel testing for operational efficiency.
Transition and Support:Ensure a seamless transition during the "Go-Live" phase and monitor post-implementation.
Promptly address arising issues and identify opportunities for enhancement.
KPIs and Evaluation:Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for performance tracking.
Conduct a comprehensive evaluation post-project completion and recommend process enhancements.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale transformational projects, particularly in the order-to-cash domain, integration complexities, and data migration.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
Certification:Certifications in project management methodologies such as PMP are advantageous.
Professionalism:Excellent communication, collaboration, and management skills are crucial to ensuring successful collaboration between IT professionals, business users, and relevant stakeholders.
