We are looking for a skilled Identity Platform Engineer to take ownership of the design, modernization, enhancement, and ongoing support of a global Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform.This role is centered on transforming authentication journeys to be more scalable, efficient, and adaptable to region-specific requirements across multiple jurisdictions. It involves working within a complex, highly regulated environment that demands strong architectural expertise, hands-on engineering proficiency, and the ability to operate within a globally distributed identity ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and translate regional (Americas and international) CIAM requirements into scalable identity and authentication solutionsRefactor and redesign user authentication journeys to support region-specific policies, configurations, and compliance requirementsEnable flexible integration of third-party identity ecosystem components (e.g., fraud/risk engines, identity verification providers, MFA services)Modernize and migrate legacy identity scripting and orchestration logic to current platform standards and frameworksRequired Skills & Experience4+ years of experience in CIAM engineering rolesStrong hands-on experience with modern identity orchestration and authentication platformsDeep understanding of authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)2+ years of experience with JavaScript and RESTful API development2+ years of experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in enterprise environmentsIf you'd like more detail on the position or job description, please ask!
