Senior Python Engineer - AI Task Evaluation & Testing

Mindrift is building a dataset to evaluate AI coding agents for real-world developer tasks. You will create challenging tasks and evaluation criteria within realistic simulated environments—design prompts, define success, and ensure solvability by an AI agent. The role requires 8+ years of software development with Python (FastAPI), JavaScript/TypeScript (React), Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, and experience writing tests.
