Role Description This is an on-site, contract position located in Des Moines, IA for a FileCloud Administrator. The role involves managing and maintaining the FileCloud environment, implementing security measures, troubleshooting and resolving system issues, and optimizing the platform for performance and reliability. The FileCloud Administrator will collaborate with technical teams, document processes, and provide training to ensure effective use of the system. Qualifications Proficiency in managing and administrating FileCloud or similar file-sharing platformsAbility to troubleshoot system issues and ensure optimal platform performanceKnowledge of security protocols and best practices for data protection and access managementStrong documentation skills for creating guides and communication materialsAbility to collaborate effectively across technical teams and provide user trainingProficiency in IT systems and a strong understanding of system integration conceptsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceExperience in an enterprise IT environment and familiarity with cloud-based solutions is beneficial
