We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Behavioral Therapist (BT) to join our team! About the Role: As a Behavioral Therapist (BT), you will play a vital role in creating personalized therapy plans and implementing evidence-based interventions to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your expertise will help our clients develop essential skills, build confidence, and foster meaningful relationships. With a focus on in-home and community-based settings, you will work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide exceptional care. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, incorporating Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies • Conduct assessments, observations, and data collection to inform treatment decisions • Provide high-quality, evidence-based interventions to support skill development, behavior modification, and social skills training • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including family members, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care • Maintain accurate records, reports, and data to support treatment progress and outcome measures • Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives to stay current with best practices and industry advancements Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 0+ years of experience in ABA therapy, Autism treatment, or related field • Knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and best practices • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills • Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities Additional Information: New Patterns ABA – CT is committed to creating a positive, inclusive work environment that supports the growth and well-being of our staff.
