Billing Specialist

Billing SpecialistValicor is looking for a Billing Specialist to work onsite in our Dearborn Facility. Responsibilities: Accurately create invoices based on customer contracts and plant data. Respond to customer invoice inquiries in a timely fashion Ensure accurate data is being entered by the Plant for services provided Assist in setting up new customer accounts Work with Sales, Plant, and customers to resolve open issues, such as missing PO's, payment issues, and invoice disputes Audit and reconcile customer accounts Assist in drafting SOP's and best practices for job function Collaborate cross functionally with other departments (Operations, Sales, Finance) to identify efficiency opportunities. Minimum Requirements: 2-3 years recent billing with Accounts Receivable ledger experience Some college preferred but not required Attention to detail is a key component of this role; in addition to being a self-starter and having basic Excel and computer skills Experience in Microsoft CRM Field Service/ERP Billing System Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Good interpersonal skills Successful candidates must pass the Pre-Screening process if offered this position.
