IP Litigation Secretary - Temp to Hire

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an IP LitigationSecretary for a temp to hire position located on the Peninsula. ideal candidate will possess 3 years of experience within a law firm or in-house legal working environment. Duties will include typing up of all legal documents, pleadings, TOCs and TOAs, calendaring, e-filing in district and federal courts, some trial experience preferred. Other tasks will include review of pre-bills, processing of expense reports, entering attorney time and travel arrangements.MS Office, Chrome River, PACER or EFS, iManage, red-lining, TimeSlips, DTEHourly rate up to $50/hour.
