Senior Sales Executive
We’re redefining remote cardiac monitoring and we’re looking for an elite field sales executive to help us grow.Our technology delivers faster, more accurate diagnoses, streamlines clinic workflows, and meaningfully increases revenue for the cardiology practices and health systems we serve. If you’re a hunter who loves a differentiated product, a compelling clinical story, and the autonomy to own your territory.🎯 THE ROLEYou’ll own a geographic territory, targeting cardiologists, electrophysiologists (EPs), hospitals, IDNs, and private practices. This is a true hunter role — full sales cycle ownership from prospecting through close and onboarding.📋 WHAT YOU’LL DOProactively identify and close new business with EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare administratorsDevelop and execute a territory growth plan focused on market penetration and long-term customer valueDeliver high-impact, data-driven presentations communicating both clinical and economic valueBuild relationships with KOLs, physician champions, and executive stakeholdersNavigate complex healthcare environments to drive strategic account conversionsManage pipeline and forecasting in CRM; collaborate with internal Account Managers for seamless handoffsMonitor competitive activity and market trends; provide actionable intelligence to leadershipConsistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR7+ years in sales; minimum 3 years in medical device, cardiac remote monitoring, or healthcare technologyExperience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and/or IDN sales strongly preferredProven record of capturing market share, displacing incumbents, and launching new territoriesStrong command of value-based selling in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsExceptional communicator with sharp negotiation and interpersonal skillsEntrepreneurial mindset — adaptable, resilient, and driven by resultsCRM proficiency preferredBachelor’s degree preferredAbility to travel ~4.5 days/week in the field💼 WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOUCompetitive base + uncapped commissionMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k)Remote-based with full territory ownershipSell a clinically differentiated product with a proven, compelling value storyBe part of a mission-driven team genuinely improving patient outcomes every day📍 Location: Remote — United States💰 Compensation: Varies based on experience, skills, and geography.If you’re ready to own your territory and make a real impact in cardiac care, we’d love to hear from you.
