The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth, leading the TDD market, and fostering long-term client relationships within the infrastructure sector. This senior position requires a blend of deep engineering and operational expertise with strategic advisory capabilities, particularly in supporting investors, lenders, and concessionaires in financing and acquisition decisions. The role involves leading and delivering technical due diligence for various infrastructure assets, project management, client advisory, risk assessment, and business development. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of professional experience in the infrastructure sector. A proven track record in technical due diligence and transaction advisory, particularly for transport, energy, and social infrastructure assets, is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and the ability to guide project delivery. Experience in the PPP model, project finance, M&A, and technical and commercial risk assessment is also required. The role demands excellent communication, report-writing skills, and the ability to interface confidently with a range of stakeholders.
