This role is perfect for someone who has strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and is ready to take on a leadership path while working toward becoming a BCBA.You'll begin by working directly with the clients providing direct services daily and can provide parent trainings for unrestricted hours.QualificationsStrong knowledge of ABA and experience applying principles in clinical or home settings.Experience with children, preferably in ABA setting.Education:Currently enrolled as a student in a Master's program in ABA, ORBachelor's in any field plus 2+ years of RBT experience (4,000 hours).Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Professional, dependable, and committed to ethical practice.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking directProvide high-quality direct ABA services during the initial 3-month training period.Observe and supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure treatment fidelity and accurate implementation of protocols.Create and update behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans (with BCBA approval).Learn how to and Conduct behavioral assessments and summarize findings for review under a BCBA.Develop proposals for behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs under a BCBA.Conduct parent training on core ABA principles and effective behavior strategies.Analyze data and graphs to make data-driven treatment decisions.Additional InformationSupervision hours toward BCBA certification are provided for eligible student analysts.Must be able to commute or relocate to Eagan, MN 55121 before starting.Looking for full Time work.Supportive, growth-focused environment with opportunities for advancement.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeExpected hours: 30 – 40 per weekSchedule:Day shiftEvening shiftMonday to FridayAbility to Commute:Eagan, MN 55121 (Required)Ability to Relocate:Eagan, MN 55121: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
