FUNCTIONAL FAMILY THERAPIST SUPERVISORCarroll | Le Mars | Cherokee | Denison | Ida Grove | Storm LakeOur client - a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) with locations across Northwest Iowa - is looking for a fully licensed therapist ready to step into a clinical leadership role. This is not a pure management position. You will carry a small caseload of Functional Family Therapy clients while supervising and developing a team of FFT therapists.What You Will DoProvide clinical supervision to a team of FFT therapistsCarry a small caseload of FFT families who have adolescents ages 11–18 presenting with behavioral problemsDeliver Functional Family Therapy, a structured evidence-based model involving 12–20 family sessions over 4–8 monthsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatric prescribers, case managers, and crisis staffSupport the clinical growth and professional development of the therapists you superviseWhat Makes This DifferentNHSC student loan repayment — our client is an approved site.
