RBT Job description Responsibilities and DutiesImplement ESDM programming 1:1 with child in their home, clinic, and preschool settings (ESDM training provided)Participation in weekly overlap with BCBACaseload of 2-3 families30-40 hours/week guaranteed (both direct and in-direct hours)The RBT is responsible for performing physical activities, including walking, running, sitting, standing, jumping, and lifting objects weighing over 25 pounds.Pay is dependent on experienceService area in Plano or Dallas based on your assigned home clinic Certification RequirementsRBT certification is required for this position.
