Class A CDL DriversSuncoast Post-Tension is North America's largest unbonded post-tension specialist. Suncoast has been in business for over 30 years, and we are dedicated to providing the construction industry with engineering expertise, responsive service and manufacturing excellence to ensure safe, timely and cost effective installations, restorations and repairs.Suncoast manufactures and delivers both post tension cables and rebar to various residential and commercial jobsites, and we are looking for a qualified Class A CDL Drivers to deliver construction related materials in and around the Dallas area.ResponsibilitiesDrive and operate trucksMUST be familiar with loading, unloading, and safely securing loadsPre/Post trip inspections of truckFollow instructions; locate and read location and GPS.MUST be able to navigate neighborhood traffic and logisticsPick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructedResponsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all timesComplete and verify paperwork for accuracyUpdate job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizationsQualificationsTraffic laws, DOT regulations & driving knowledgePallet jack experience required; forklift experience preferredAbility to lift 80 pounds repeatedly throughout dayMUST be able to pass pre-employment as well as random drug testingListening and verbal communication skillsDependabilityEducation, Experience, and Age Requirements:CDL Class A2 years' experience MINIMUM requiredCertificate from an accredited CDL school21 years or olderCapable of lifting heavy material of up to 80 lbsAdditional InformationSalary Range: $26.00 - 28.00+ / hrActual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by lawBenefits:401(k) + matchingHealth, Dental, Vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time off (PTO)Holiday PaySuncoast is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
