DescriptionTheInventory Coordinator with Hyper Solutions supports the accuracy and flow of materials across Hyper's warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, tracking material movement, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring alignment between physical inventory and ERP system records.This position works closely with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure materials are available, properly tracked, and efficiently managed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.CertificationsCurrent forklift certification required; must be able to provide proof of certificationLocationOnsite in Richmond, VASchedule & Work EnvironmentFull-time, onsite role based in Richmond, VAMonday–Friday, standard business hoursWarehouse and production environment with frequent movement and coordination across teamsWhat You'll Be Doing Day-to-DayPerform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepanciesTrack and move materials between warehouse, production, and assembly areasStage, label, and prepare materials for outgoing shipmentsReceive, verify, and document incoming materialsEnter and update inventory transactions in ERP systems (NetSuite or similar)Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists and bills of ladingSupport inventory audits and physical countsAdditional ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with purchasing, production planning, and engineering teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure material availabilityIdentify and recommend improvements to material handling, storage, and inventory processesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment aligned with 5S and safety standardsOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficientlyRequirementsAssociate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience2–4 years of inventory, warehouse coordination, or material control experience in a manufacturing environmentWorking knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking toolsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills across teamsForklift certification or willingness to obtain certificationPreferredExperience in electrical, mechanical, or industrial manufacturing environmentsWhy Hyper?At Hyper, you'll play a key role in supporting the operations that power mission-critical infrastructure solutions.
