The Inventory Coordinator at Hyper Solutions plays a key role in supporting the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating material movement, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring inventory transactions are accurately tracked within the ERP system.Working closely with Supply Chain, Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Warehouse teams, the Inventory Coordinator helps ensure materials are available when needed, inventory remains accurate, and warehouse operations run efficiently. This position is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in maintaining organized, accurate inventory systems.Core ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory records through daily cycle counts, reconciliations, and ERP transactionsMonitor material movement between warehouse, production, and assembly areas to ensure inventory accuracySupport shipping and receiving activities including material staging, labeling, and documentationCoordinate with Purchasing, Production Planning, and Engineering to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure material availabilityPrepare and maintain shipping and inventory documentation including packing lists, bills of lading, and receiving reportsConduct periodic inventory audits to ensure physical inventory aligns with system recordsSupport quarterly and annual physical inventory countsOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment consistent with 5S and company safety standardsAdditional ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiencySupport continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management and material flowAssist with warehouse organization and inventory optimization projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiencySupport other warehouse and supply chain activities as business needs requireRequirements2–4 years of inventory control or warehouse coordination experience in a manufacturing environmentWorking knowledge of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite or similar platformsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking systemsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently while supporting multiple departmentsForklift certification or willingness to obtain certificationPreferred QualificationsAssociate degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related fieldExperience in electrical, mechanical, or industrial manufacturing environmentsExperience supporting warehouse inventory audits and cycle count programsFamiliarity with material handling best practices and warehouse operationsWhat Success Looks LikeInventory records remain accurate and aligned with physical inventoryMaterials are available to support production schedules without unnecessary delaysShipping and receiving activities are completed accurately and efficientlyInventory discrepancies are identified and resolved quicklyWarehouse operations remain organized, safe, and efficientContinuous improvements are identified that enhance inventory accuracy and warehouse productivityWhy Hyper?At Hyper, you'll play an important role in supporting the supply chain operations behind mission-critical infrastructure solutions.
